Organ playing is a demanding activity both mentally and physically. The concentration required to play well, if not managed properly, can lead to both mental and physical problems. If pain becomes a normal part of organ playing, you will be forced to either endure it (which will usually lead to even worse pain), play less often, stop playing completely, or to stop the actions that produce the pain.
