2. Plan Your Work

Once you feel motivated to learn a piece, you can move into the second phase or task in learning a piece: plan your work. Dedicate some time for planning a strategy to learn it right. The plan must be dynamic--that is, it must be flexible enough to adjust for changing circumstances. For this reason, get a pencil (not a pen) and write down your plan.
