Structure Your Practice Time (continued)

If there IS A DUE DATE, decide when each part of the piece must be completed in order to learn it in time, and then plan whatever time is needed per practice session to meet the deadline. The amount of time may need to be adjusted as the date grows closer.

Your goal, the due date itself, is set for you. Establish a reward anyway to motivate you towards completion.
