Practice Tips

As you begin practicing manual technique, study the Practice Techniques lesson. Here are some highpoints:

• Adjust your position at the console. Check it frequently.
• Establish and keep a good hand position. This will require fingernails to be cut short.
• Observe and apply the practice tips and main points given in the workbook with each exercise.
• Precision, habit building, and ease of execution are of the essence--not speed! Observe, as usual, the cardinal rule:
